At Plusskateshop, we want to ensure you are stoked with your gear, which is why we offer a 30-day return policy on all unused and unmounted equipment. Items must be returned in their original packaging with all tags attached to qualify for a full refund or exchange.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack the items in their original box; please note that skateboards must not have been gripped or assembled to be eligible.
Ship It Back
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse team inspects the gear, we will process your refund or ship out your exchange within 5-7 business days.
